(More customer reviews)At first I thought charging from a car would be great. But according to product documentation, you can't leave this plugged in with the car running. It's like having a car charger for your phone that won't charge the phone when you are driving the car. And although the ability to charge from a car is nice, NOT being able to charge anywhere else is... lame.
This charger will show the battery is charged even though it isn't. To get a full charge you will have to unplug the charger and then plug it back in, the charge will resume. Ni-MH batteries tend to "false peak," there are smart chargers out there that detect these peaks, this charger isn't one of them. You have to unplug the charger three or more times to get a full charge.
