(More customer reviews)According to ProLine's website, these wheels are designed to be used only with the Switch 2.2 M2 Front or Rear Tires(2): TRA Slash. Basically, if you want to use different tires on this rim, it's not guaranteed to work. I have seen some forum posts where people have indicated they've used other tires successfully with these wheels though.

Also, be aware that this set is designed for the front. There is a separate set designed for the rear, the product description has a discreet R (for the Rear set) and FR (for the Front set) in the product listing on Amazon.

Altogether, these will end up costing about twice as much as some glued tire/wheel sets. However, these are re-usable, and so may be useful far longer then the glued sets. Slash's come stock with 2.2/3.0" wheels, and these ones are straight 2.2". So, some tires designed for the Slash that stick to the 2.2/3.0" design won't work at all on these wheels. All of the tires currently listed on ProLine's website support 2.2/3.0 sized wheels.

Finally, ProLine indicates that, "Increasing the speed of your Slash can reduce the Bead-Loc capability of your Epic wheels." Basically, the faster you spin the wheels, the more likely it is that the tire will separate from the wheel. I've run the wheel/tires on my Slash using a 7.4v LiPo with the Velineon VXL brushless upgrade without issue so far, and have run it for around 3 hours.

Overall, I'd say the combo is pretty good, it's definitely better then the stock set my Slash came with. The Switch tires perform noticeably better, and these wheels have a darker look. I would of liked the ones with the red locking ring on it though, to give it some contrast on the wheels, but the all black isn't terrible.

(More customer reviews)Racing games need a wheel, and wheels need to be fixed to something steady.I missed playing racing games because the standard controllers just do not fit the bill. The good news is that the seat is allowing me to rediscover racing games.

Despite being 6ft3 200+ lbs the seat is comfortable; I can even slide my 6 year old in, and play with him steering and me on the pedals.Both the pedals and steering wheel attachments are adjustable with its max range out of the comfortable reach of my legs.If anything,they should make it work for smaller folks like my 6 year old, who cannot reach the pedals.He is 4ft, I expect you need to be at least 4ft6. The seat folds, but think twice if you want it to pack away discreetly in a tight corner; in this regard themanufacturer's photos are accurate. The only thing that I would really add are channels to enable the wires to be discreetly routed; with just 3 cables for the wheel, it still looks like a mess of spaghetti.The steering wheel attachment could be a bit stiffer, but I do not notice this when playing.They also include loads of Velcro and ties to keep things attached. Bottom line, if you like racing games,and want to treat yourself, this seat will fit the bill.

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my husband for Christmas, and he loves it. He said he would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. The downside's of it he said are, the directions are confusing in a few parts on how to put together. It is a monster to move sometimes (our computer is hooked up to our 42in plasma screen, so it can't stay in the same spot at all times). The accessories are a pain to get onto the chair.

Other than that, he loves it, says it's great, and is perfect for either PS3 or PC racing games. He primarily does the Need for Speed series, and it works like a charm.
