(More customer reviews)Tamiya 150 makes a good race truck for your backyard track. This truck has alot of torque and the 4wd gives it excellent handling around turns. My advice to you is to be careful which reciever you buy, you need to get a reciever with the two guide slots in the batt outlet, otherwise you are going to fight with the programable esc. Also this is a KIT, so be patent, careful, and have the right tools. The kit does go together very easy though, I built mine in one day. Performance, I gotta say I was surprised, it had a lot more power and speed than I anticipated a 540 motor would have. All 4 wheels kick up dirt and it goes around my 300 foot backyard dirt track very well. I built two tamiya kits, this one and the clod buster, and they are both good quality trucks and easier to assemble than traxxas.
